Chamber Monthly Mailing
Each month the Chamber sends out a packet of member information including the Chamber Connection newsletter. About 840 packets are mailed each month to the Chamber membership, local officials, county leaders and others. The packets include an invitation for that month’s Chamber Business After Hours plus anything our membership submits. The cost to include your printed flier is $84 to cover postage plus 840 copies must be provided. The cost to include your flyer submitted in PNG format is $100, this covers the cost of postage and printing. Dates for submission (when fliers need to be in Chamber office) are the first of every month unless the first falls on a weekend, then the deadline is the first Monday of the month. New Chamber members get their first mailing free if copies are provided. It is a great way for new businesses to introduce themselves to the community.
Chamber Bulk Mailing
Chamber members can use our bulk mail permit to save big bucks. Send a minimum of 200 pieces (letter size) for approx $.28/piece –vs. - first class $.55/piece. Simply let us know when you want to send the mailing and we will provide you with the preparation details. Drop your letters off at the Chamber office, we will sort them for bulk mailing and calculate postage, then let you know when they are ready to go. There is no extra charge for this.
